During our Barista Skills course, you will gain useful notions and techniques for your profession as a barista. You will be shown basic latte art skills such as the main techniques of whipping milk, the different types (soy, lactose-free, almond etc.) and their main uses. This will be followed by learning the proper use and handling of your professional equipment (espresso machine and softeners), and discovering how to make the best use of Portioli products, such as chocolates and their preparation with the steam wand.
The course will end with a brief overview of the world of Gime machines, designed and engineered to bring out the best in Portioli blends.
At the end of the day, there will be a test including a theoretical and a practical session. You will understand the goals you have achieved, getting the certificate of competence.
